Challenge Eighteen (January 2011):  One photo - Industrial.

The idea of the challenge is to be just that - a challenge to take a photo appropriate for the theme within the month of January.

Timeline: Entries to be Submitted no later than 31st January 2011.

How To Submit: E-mail your photograph or a link to your photograph to beastie@beastmaster.co.uk, or simply post your entry in here. (paste HTML code from Flickr into here then post, edit and post again and it will appear).

Prize: Get Real - but the winner will be displayed on here until the winner of the subsequent competition is announced.

Selecting The Winner: winning entry will be chosen by er... The Beastie Photographic Panel within one week of the closing date.

The Photographic Panel consists of the staff members in the laboratory where Lady Peanut earns her silver.

The Concert Hall at Aston is finally taking shape. I heard a story that this part of the building was not completed when Aston Webb was built over a hundred years ago. The story is that they didnt have enough money to build the last wing and the clock tower... So they built the clock tower instead.

2011 will see Aston Webb finally get finished... Cant wait to see it completed!

We have had no internet access for five days so the January competition closing date has been extended to 5th Feb. So its not too late to put in an entry

I'm surrounded by "industry" every day - quick pic from my phone, there's well over half a million litres of Baileys on the other side of those 6 valves....
